Update composer.json #46

This needs to be merged! 👍

Until then, I added this to my composer.json above calling this package:

"michelf/php-smartypants": "*@dev",

I am not sure if we should use your "dev-lib" or the "*@dev" option? Both seem to satisfy composer though lol.
