yii2-widget-fileinput cannot save uploaded image from mobile phone. #168

i used the (kartik\widgets\FileInput) widget to upload profile images. When i used the computer to upload the profile picture and submit it , the picture get saved. But when i use a mobile phone to upload the picture, after i submitted it, the picture doesn't save. Did anyone have this issue before?
