Error initSelect2Loading is not defined when use inside yii2-dynamicform #263

I had used yii2-widget-select2 inside plugin https://github.com/wbraganca/yii2-dynamicform And when i click add new a item then it throw error initSelect2Loading is not defined. I using:

Yii version 2.0.16-dev
jQuery JavaScript Library v3.2.1
