lighttpd server show status as fail #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Instoll cot1.0
2.change /usr/local/etc/cot/obix-lighttpd.cong with fcgserver part
3.change /etc/lighttpd/lightpd.conf to 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected o/p
Starting lighttpd:                                         [OK]
Actual O/P
Starting lighttpd:                                         [FAILED]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Linux - fedora 13
