Tag for Kartograph.js 0.6.1 #50

I opened a PR at CDNJS (https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs/pull/1609) to add Kartograph.js 0.6.1. However, I got told that a tag is needed for them to accept the library in. Could you please add a tag to the repository targeting the 0.6.1 release?
