[feature request] add symbol for braking vs. accelerating cars #7

While cycling on fast roads, i keep watching the speed updates of approaching cars. This i way i try to realise if car drivers brake (thus, i was seen) or accelerate (thus, i keep my eyes on the mirror).

It would be nice to have an automatic realisation of this, and show up the result, e.g. as an up/down arrow behind the acutal speed value. Or colorize the speed value (green = brakes, red = accelerates).

I like this idea a lot. I will look on incorporating it into a future update, but I do have to be careful – Garmin is quite strict with the functionality provided by IQ apps involving the radar due to liability reasons … if someone gets hit and claims it was somehow related to my font turning green at the wrong time, they open themselves up to a lawsuit.

I see the legal point. An option might be to have this feature in a separate branch of this repo, and not upload this version to Garmin's IQ store.
