The new version of the tool incorporates 15 factors, categorized into three dimensions:

Contextual Dimension: Workplace Discrimination (needs to be included) Regulatory Frameworks (formerly Policy and Legal Protections) Access to Finance

Accessibility Dimension: Women’s Travel Patterns (needs to include considerations for access to green spaces and pharmacies, and new predefined thresholds) Access to Public Transport (needs to consider new predefined thresholds) Access to Education and Training Facilities (needs to consider new predefined thresholds) Access to Health Facilities (needs to consider new predefined thresholds) Access to Financial Facilities (needs to consider new predefined thresholds)

Place-Characterization Dimension: Active Transport (needs significant adjustments; now should consider crosswalks, pathways, cycle paths, and block lengths) Safety (needs significant adjustments; now should consider streetlights and calculate buffers) Fragility, Conflict, and Violence (FCV) (needs to be included) Education (needs to be included, taken from the Individual Dimension) Digital Inclusion Water and Sanitation (needs significant adjustments; now should consider the water points defined in the Excel file) Environmental Hazards (formerly Environmental and Climatic Factors; needs some adjustments)
