The methodology is the same as for all Accessibility factors, but using hospitals and clinics as the points of interest. This time, the suggested thresholds should be adjusted to:

0 to 1,000 meters: 5 1,001 to 2,000 meters: 4 2,001 to 3,000 meters: 3 3,001 to 4,000 meters: 2 4,001 to 5,000 meters: 1 Over 5,000 meters: 0
