Done

• [x] update dashboard
• [x] make all pages use same search and pagination component
• [x] add headers to all pages
• [x] ensure responsiveness and design consistency on all pages

The agreements page has dummy data until the data required here is available then we link it the search and pagination component is not fully implemented only the search works ,so I have disabled the date until they be implemented this pr is mostly for design update to match figma design
