staging to use production ERPNext

• [x] populate ERPNext production with all item and pricing content that geospatialhosting needs. ERPNext staging is for software testing, not content testing.
• [ ] Switch geospatialhosting staging from using ERPNext staging to using ERPNext production API if a plan can be made to do 'fake' transactions in ERP OR copy item content, pricing etc. from production to stagin
• [ ] geospatialhosting production to use ERPNext production from the get-go
