Add example real data

Hi Tim, Sure, and sorry, I should have explained what are the columns! In the CSV file we have: date, reference, measurement, and ID:

• Dates are in ISO8601 format
• References can be either GWmBGS (groundwater levels in meters above the ground surface) or GWmMSL (groundwater levels in meters above sea level).
• Measurements are the actual groundwater levels, in meters
• ID is the identification code of the well. In this case, the ID is just a number (1645) but it can contain any character.

About the shapefile:

• ID_1 is the ID of the well. So, it is the same value that I just mentioned, in the CSV file.
• Name of the well: in many cases, the name is different than the ID, but in this example, they are the same.
• Height corresponds to the elevation of the well. It is called height because Nelen &Schuurmans (N&S, the developers of the current GGMN) called it like that, but it should be actually just called "elevation"
• lat & lon, latitude and longitude
• 2_code: this requires a longer explanation. In GGMN, we are able to store several groundwater level time series under the same well. This situation occurs when there is a well with multiples screens (or filters, as N&S calls them), measuring the groundwater level/pressure at different depths. When there is a second screen, it's ID has to be indicated in the column 2_code. This was not handy for us because in most of the cases the wells have only one screen, however, we had to add this column every time (in the case of a single screen, 2_code is identical to ID_1). I am attaching the manual of GGMN, where there is a bit more information explaining, for example, what if you would like to add extra metadata (for example, lithology).
