Batch upload groundwater levels #537

Hello Irwan, I have uploaded a series of new wells. Upload session https://ggis.un-igrac.org/en/admin/gwml2/uploadsession/149/change/

Now I want to upload the water levels associated to these wells, but it fails (https://ggis.un-igrac.org/en/admin/gwml2/uploadsession/150/change/). It says that the Sheet 'General Information' is needed. Can you please assist?

hi @ArnaudIGRAC Did you upload file using "Monitoring Data" tab? To upload monitoring data, you need to upload it using that tab Selection_016

Hi Irwan, apparently not. I tried again using the right tab and it worked this time. However 5 measurements have been skipped, I don't understand why. Could you please have a look? https://ggis.un-igrac.org/en/admin/gwml2/uploadsession/151/change/

Dear Irwan, I tried again to upload those 5 data, but it doesn't work. I need your assistance. Here is the file with the 5 data. Israel_202303_gwl - skipped data.zip

Hi @ArnaudIGRAC I'm sorry for late reply

Your spreadsheet is working fine, all of measurements are saved Skipped meaning that the data is already saved on database

For those 5 skipped basically there are 5 lines that are duplicates on your excel Selection_025 Selection_026 Selection_027 Selection_028 Selection_029

You could check all data using this: https://ggis.un-igrac.org/en/admin/gwml2/welllevelmeasurement/?p=1&q=11112802 just change q=11112802 to the well id (q=7312701)

Thank you Irwan, indeed I can see the data in the database. But I wonder why I was told those 5 data were skipped when I first uploaded them...
