When we click on view for an published output, in the information you see the project profile name (see attached image). However, when you click on it, instead of taking you to the project profile page, the link leads to adding a filter of the project profile on the search. This way, the visitors would not visit the project profile. We think it would be better if this link led to the project profile page instead.
