GeoNode layers and legends not rendering in BIMS #297

GetMap error e.g. Could not find layer geonode:bioregions

WMS request from was inspector works in the browser independently http://bims.ledet.gov.za/geoserver/wms?request=GetLegendGraphic&format=image/png&width=40&height=40&layer=geonode:bioregions

@NyakudyaA I just hit that link and got
Can't obtain the schema for the required layer. geonode:bioregions layer does not exist.

lots of map layers and legends not working in the map.

@gubuntu everything is working fine. It's just a matter of things timing out because of the connection over vpn.

But I got the response above very quickly which doesn't indicate a timeout but an error

Can you try it now because I can access all the layers and their legends now.

@gubuntu try use different browser, maybe it wae cached

Fixed the issue with this. @gubuntu you can test again and close.
