Print basic map #303

We should be able to print the basic map with layers that has been chosen by the user and the legend.

There still a problem: when I tried to print a small portion of the map I was able to download it (this is the map that printed): map.png

When I tried a larger view I got the failed-network error message(This is the view I tried to print): Screenshot from 2018-12-07 11-29-41.png

Im now able to print the maps
