captured records are not showing on the map nor in update records

@Vince-Egan captured two records today but neither appeared on the map nor in the Update Records screen so he could not test nor sign off uploading, editing or validating

solution

investigate and fix

The records will not appeared on the map right away, the validators need to validate them first and then the elasticsearch will need to rebuild the index and clusters will need to regenerated ( so probably it will takes around 1 hour for the data to appear on the map). Will check about the update records screen.
