compose a pdf map:

A4 landscape
extent of users map view
layers as the user has them
legend of rendered layers
map furniture
- north arrow?
- scale bar?
- graticule (publish a 1 degree grid in geoserver and add that as a layer)
- title

@ann26 @NyakudyaA rather don't use issue comments to make appointments...use Slack for that.

@NyakudyaA it will be difficult to use MapFish to compose a map with the biodiversity layer since it won't be aware of it.

I think we need to use the client-side printing code that @ann26 put together for AT / Projecta
