I am unable to upload data to Geonode and unable to display any of the layers that have been added to Geonode.

To address your support ticket we have @ThiashaV who will be assisting. Can you kindly confirm the following:

Can you kindly confirm where the GeoNode is hosted?
Is the issue with a particular dataset or in general?
will you be able to share a dataset with us to confirm if the issue is not related to the data?

Geonode is hosted on our dedicated Ubuntu Server for our geospatial database.

I will send instructions to access the Ubuntu server via e-mail.

The problem seems to be general as if all the links have been broken - no layers are visible on the Geonode map. I have tried publishing data from PostGIS to Geonode as well as uploading on Geonode itself and both have been unsuccessful.
