move wbr.kartoza.com into maps.wbr.kartoza.com cluster #103

wbr.kartoza.com has Metabase, PostGIS and mergin-db-sync agent under Rancher1

We want the Metabase and PostGIS moved into the same k8s cluster as maps.wbr.kartoza.com.

Please fix / upgrade Metabase while you're at it (currently seems to be broken)

Then all WBR components and data are together and the Rancher1 host can be decommissioned.

@gubuntu Metabase is now running from https://metabase.wbr.kartoza.com The database has been migrated to postgis.kartoza.com with two new databases wbr_metabase for metabase and wbr_gis for the spatial data.

You might need to adjust the configuration parameters of the database for any dashboards that you had previously set up to connect to the new database. Didn't see if there is a way to update it during the upgrade.
