All important raster inputs and outputs used or generated in the WBR project must be persisted in Kartoza's minio bucket.
Once they are there, they must be published through Kartoza's Geoserver or the WBR G3W QGIS project.
Charlie put some rasters in https://maps.wbr.kartoza.com/en/admin/filemanager/ so I guess we can use that instead of minio for WBR-specific rasters
