Show information for stream flow stations #40

This is lower priority than the other tasks.

On a map in ckan the points should be visible for the stream stations (we still need to get stream data, e.g. from a DEM or other source). Then when the user clicks on the station, it should show the information/data for that stream station. Michael used FBIS as an example (https://freshwaterbiodiversity.org/map/): image

As stated above, this is low priority and the finish date is not the 23rd of Aug.

is this linked to or a duplicate of #36?

@gubuntu linked to. Issue #36 is getting and loading the data, likely into BigQuery. Issue #40 is the implementation of accessing the data in ckan/on the site. Should I rather move this issue to #36, or is it fine as is?
