RF25 Create dataset metadata record programatically by means of performing harvesting on remote metadata catalogues

Harvesting support shall be able to extract records from the following remote services:

- [ ] CKAN service (should just work?)

• [x] Generic CSW service

- [ ] ESRI ArcCatalog service (@ntobe-nyuswa please define this, we can find no reference. The ESRI Geoportal supports CSW, which has already been implemented. What other ESRI service is there that the EMC is expected to harvest from?)

@gubuntu Once the CSW service works fine, harvesting from the ESRI catalog will be answered.

@ThiashaV have you tested CSW harvesting? you just need to find another CSW catalogue (like some of the defaults in MetaSearch)

just write the docs and test for CSW

Harvesting with an external CSW (UNEP Grid- Geneva Metadata catalogue) works.
