404 error when multiple users regenerate their API keys at the same time #514

The site seems to return errors if multiple people are interacting with the site at the same time for the same action. the 404 error persists but for some the key is still generated and for others, they had to wait and repeat the action again until they did not receive the error to generate their API key.
