Limit potential spam accounts

I don't think admins should have to approve new account, rather a Captcha or similar mechanism. We want to make it easy for legit users to register

think about and propose a solution here and discuss with client too before implementing

Hi @gubuntu I believe a Captcha will be a good solution to get rid of spam accounts
