Report generation is very slow #393

Some reports take several minutes to load e.g. try the scenario "Policy makers focusing on electricity and LPG" for all of Nepal

@dominicschaff I was hoping we could bump up the machine specs for this week (and then bring it down again next week) so that we can get extra quick performance. Can you make that happen?

Just put it on the highest spec machine you can without other services not related to CCE on it, and leave the disk size unchanged so we can scale it down after.

The machine has been scaled up. And we can scale down again when needed. The site is not up yet, but I am waiting for the services to be ready to be activated again
