Scenario tests

Update tests and runs them as a regular user. The following need to be fixed/updated

• [x] datadir_init - partially working
• [x] extensions
• [x] init_scripts
• [x] logical_replication
• [x] streaming_replication

Generic checks

• [x] Mount a local volume with custom UID and GID
• [x] Test in Kubernetes
• [x] Test entry point init scripts installing packages .sh
• [x] Test the logic in https://github.com/kartoza/docker-postgis/blob/develop/scripts/docker-entrypoint.sh#L55
