DO NOT DOWNLOAD SPREADSHEET BLOB COLUMN.
I'm so stupid. PostgREST by default fetches the whole columns. We have spreadsheet blob now. This is why it takes a very long time just to select flood. We don't want to download spreadsheet just to select a forecast.
