Cloud deployment #555

Problem

At the moment the deployment is not done behind SSL and requires manual logging into the server. This would be better served by a Rancher orchestration.

Propose Solution

Create a deployment recipe including letsencrypt on Rancher.

@cchristelis to start I am just doing a standard deployment on the new server I set up

I will come back and make a nice rancher file next week
