Updating user profile does not work

Problem

Updating a profile does not update the database.

Logs:

On staging i get the following error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

no map appears.

User profile is able to update with new information. Location can be set through the use of the map and can be viewed in profile.
