fix #556

This PR:

[x] Update occupation view so that:
when user click on the occupation, it will show the providers those have related course to it.
when user click on details, it will open the occupation details

@ann26 when the occupation detail is show, i see the scrollbar height is under the filter tab could you fix the css of that?
