We need custom symbology for user markers #3

Problem

We should differentiate between users and developers on the map and should make the map a little more 'inasafe' centric

Proposed solution

[ ] Read up on symbology at http://leafletjs.com/examples/custom-icons.html
[ ] Create a green variant of inasafe logo for developers
[ ] Create an orange variant of inasafe logo for users
[ ] Add logic to jscript that shows and appropriate marker based on developer/user assignation
[ ] If the InaSAFE marker logos do not look good, revert to using standard leaflet markers but with different colours.
Expected outcome

We should see markers for users and developers in different colours
