We need to know that everything works after each commit

Proposed solution

• [x] Set up a new jenkins job (do it with Akbar so he can see how this is done)
• [x] Ensure that all metrics pass on jenkins (pylint, pep8, tests)

  Expected outcome

Testing should be automatic on each commit
