Add non biodiversity layers in the web map

Problem

After the meeting it was discussed that we needed to add the following layers.

And possibly derive these catchments if the process is well defined.

Solution

Ensure that the following layers are all visible in the map

• [x] tertiary catchment
• [x] quinary catchment
• [x] FEPA's - generic
• [x] Fish sanctuaries
• [x] Critical biodiversity
• [x] Ecoregion Level 1
• [x] Land-use / Landcover
• [x] Protected Area
• [x] Rivers 1:500k
• [x] Gemopholocial zonation
