Revisit needed for MSSQL extraction #277

@NyakudyaA in my meeting with Helen week before last, she was under the impression that many of the tables that are empty in our PG database should actually contain data. My attached migration notes include various references to tables with 'THIS TABLE IS EMPTY - DO WE NEED IT?'.

Can you please go back to the original database and check that our extract matches the state of the original database. In particular all tables relating sitevisits are needed to make the SASS migration work:

"- [ ] Sitevisitbiotopetaxon - retain - Added to diagram - We need to figure out what taxon table this links to? Taxon and Sitevisittaxon are both empty."

This has been done and converted the Ms Access DB and compared with the initial work done prior
