Permalinks not working with user boundary #298

Bug report

I searched for Sandelia capensis and applied the 'western' user boundary. When I copied the permalink to my clipboard and later pasted it in the search tab it gave me search results of all the Sandelia capensis, and not those within in the user boundary

Expected Behaviour

When pasting permalinks I expect the site searches to be the same.

It's not implemented yet, I will put this as enhancement.
