We need these to refactor generic changes to support mapserver:

[x] Event queue handling/job handling to manage analysis executions
[x] cql_filter conversions to filter encoding for WMS GetMap requests
[x] default SLD parameters for specific layers
[x] workspace handling (for kartoza namespace to no namespace in mapserver). So the namespace can be configured without changing the mapfiles.
