Issues with GeoNode Map functionality with QGIS Server Backend

At the moment the functionality is broken. I suggest we reimplement the functionality in parity with GeoServer's backend

The problem is in the following:

• Map creation/detail/edit doesn't have the same look and feel with GeoServer backend. The current GeoNode architecture assumes that a certain functionality be met (permissions editor, etc). We can't just fix it as is now.
• I propose that we build a dockerized GeoNode with GeoServer backend catalogue, just so we can compare the UI side by side (the developer doesn't need to build it).

@lucernae There were a couple of tickets I had which compared the UI to the Geoserver backend. :+1: for comparing the UI so that we can have a UI that looks and does almost identical things.
