When in download layer there is a filter option. How is the filter applied? To me, it seems the option is not clear enough for users what is happening.
After adding the filter what results are filtered? Is it the qgis project, qgis layer file or tiles

I would prefer intuitive options.
When in download data - If a user select filter allows him/her to finish creating the filter and then show him the download options afterwards.
If a user skips the filter then show him the download options.
How does a user know that his filter has been applied successfully before the download?
