The screencast on your develop instance is looking nice.

However for implementation this is only for the INGC production instance.

I hope you are doing it with the geonode-project approach from geonode-generic where the skin for an instance is applied via a Django app (as I understand it) which in this case should probably come from a separate 'geonode-theme' repository cc @lucernae

this PR is no longer needed as we have our custom theme repo for MOZ. i'm going to close this.
