layer metadata incomplete #533

one example of many: 'Mz H200' - meaningless and inconsistent name and no metadata...

please thoroughly review all curated layers (hazard, exposure, aggregation and 'context' layers)

@raisserafael please provide metadata for all the layers that are missing.

The following should be provided. current layername >> new layer title Abstract Supplementary metadata

I will help you populate the metadata once this has been achieved

This had not yet been done. Did this and all the layers are published with legends

please thoroughly review all curated layers (hazard, exposure, aggregation and 'context' layers)
