layer has no thumbnail and won't reset #534

'Eathquake on buildings 1 province' has no thumbnail and doesn't generate one if I try to manually set it.

any idea why?

@gubuntu this is because the layer is generated is very big. QGIS server struggles to handle layers which are of this size. The issue was cover here https://github.com/kartoza/geosafe/issues/487
