Restructure groundwater database (make pythonic name)

hi @meomancer while we make the names into pythonic, let's keep the wording e.g let's keep the model name like GW_GeologyLog just so that we can easily find it in the specification, maybe make it GWGeologyLog to make it more pythonic?, and like bholeDateOfDrilling we can change them into bhole_date_of_drilling
