Exposure layer from Metasearch not visible in layer list #270

Open gubuntu opened 6 years ago

From @NyakudyaA on December 20, 2016 11:16

Problem

When adding a layer using meta search it shows that the layer is an inasafe layer. hea

The layer is successfully added to geonode. In this instance Tanzania Health facilities which is a structure.

Trying to run flood on structures using health facilities results in the Tanzania Health facilities not being picked up as structure layer in geosafe.

struct

Solution

All all layers to be selectable.

Copied from original issue: kartoza/geonode#124

@NyakudyaA is this still an issue and if so, is it because of incompatible keywords or a software bug?

gubuntu commented 6 years ago

please test again @NyakudyaA

@gubuntu Since GeoSAFE is now running InaSAFE version 4 we have nothing to test against. I think we can close this until someone using a client with InaSAFE version 4 test this and experiences a problem

gubuntu commented 5 years ago

you can test from testing against INGC

@lucernae Metasearch is not responding . It's not returning any layers at all whether they have InaSAFE v4 keywords or not. Can you take a look at the codebase and see if nothing has changed with the way you fetch the layer. I assume you use OWSlib ?
