orphan analyses #518

Several analyses have been pending for a couple of weeks now. What has happened to them and why is the page not showing their true status (killed, aborted, etc. or really still running?) Screenshot 2018-12-10 at 07.57.06.png

Some update on the diagnostics.

I directly monitor the server these past few days. It does really processing the analysis (I mean, still running). When I restart InaSAFE headless, it restarted the task again (which is good).
