Publish official population data for Tanzania #37

Problem

Official population statistics are provided in csv or spreadsheet which means before they are usable they need to be joined to administrative boundary shapefile.

Solution

Data has been downloaded from official population and official boundaries have been downloaded from OSM and combined in QGIS and then generate a new shapefile which can then be served.
