AT the moment, the deployment code in the repo does the following afaik:
spin up a vanilla geonode
We need it to do the following too:
apply the OONDRA skin (#24)
change the text on the home page to reflect the OONDRA brand:
replace 'Geonode' with 'OONDRA' in menu bar. Keep Geonode star logo or ask @dimasciput to design one.
replace Welcome text with:
OONDRA, the Online Operational Natural Disaster Risk Assessment platform, is an open source platform based on Geonode, for sharing geospatial hazard and exposure data and maps.
Secondary use: Browse and search the OONDRA platform itself, inspect layers, make your own maps.

Primary use: Connect to http://oondra.kartoza.com/catalogue/csw from an OGC metadata client within risk management software such as InaSAFE in QGIS or GeoSAFE (http://geonode.kartoza.com)
