Add geonode instance and use the same geoserver data directory

Problem

We are publishing a lot of layers in Geoserver and QGIS Server and we have no way to identify which layers are available from our services.

Solution

• Add Geonode to maps.kartoza.com and use the same geoserver data directory to migrate existing layers into the geonode.
• Determine the advantages of using Geoserver and QGIS Server and migrate services from one to another based on the Geonode backend.

yes my plan was always to put a geonode on maps.kartoza.com so you get GeoNode instead of our current gallery page at that url. Then some of the layers and maps in GeoNode become our gallery.

I reckon we should use the existing geoserver instance as the geoserver backend for geonode (i.e. only have one geoserver instance) and bring in QGIS server layers as remote WMS layers.
