Set up all four for Kartoza to benchmark and demo

run from maps.kartoza.com

have links (like other gallery boxes) from the live maps / gallery page in kartoza.com

choose one of the existing maps to publish or discuss with the team. Some maps that need to be published anyway, either in one of these clients or in the gallery, include:

• Tim's Swellendam / Martloth project
• Tim's Maceira project
• Kirchhoff?
• I'd like Cathkin Conservancy to be one of them (then once it's up we can tremove the leaflet one)
