Coloured icons vs grey icons on the how to page

Current design:

The discrepancy is that the 'How to' title is slightly smaller and aligned towards the bottom than center like it is in the figma design. Additionally, the icons of crabs are grey while they have some colour in the design

I think 'Video' needs to be lower case for consistency but this might be intentional, @amyburness?

@tinashechiraya the buttons look good. I agree with @LunaAsefaw please make the word "Vidoe" in the title "video" we must use sentence case for all our titles.
