update existing filters with csv file data #52

This works for Spatial and Weights, but not for the Economic Parameters; I modified a value in the Economic Parameters tab and the export converted the value to "string", marking it as "5" instead of 5 - see below. Upon import, the corresponding field remained blank and did not populate. Please test if yourself, modify values in the Economic tab, export csv, reset tab and re-import csv. @akshay2408

@dimasciput I found an issue relating to this. So when you change the numeric parameters, it works well. But when I try to change turbine type from the drop down, it does not let me select anything else e.g. 'Generic IEC 1'. And if you did alter anything in that field, let's say you selected Generic IEC 2, the site will show this as 'Generic IEC 1' still and when you export this and view the csv, you get 'NaN'. And when you try to import the same file back, you get an error message (probably because the field is missing) image
